Tamron USA announces instant savings on DSLR, mirrorless camera lenses

Tamron USA, Inc. announces up to $100 Instant Holiday Savings on four popular zoom lenses designed for Sony’s full-frame mirrorless cameras. The Instant Savings starts Monday, Nov.  15 and runs through Sunday, Jan. 2. Purchasers of the 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD (model A057), 17-28mm F2.8 Di III RXD (model A046), 70-180mm F2.8 Di III VXD (model A056), and 28-200mm F2.8-5.6 Di III RXD (model A071) get up to $100 Instant Savings when purchased through an authorized Tamron USA retailer.

While designed for full-frame mirrorless, the lenses also work on crop-sensor Sony mirrorless cameras. The 17-28mm and the 70-180mm, e.g., provide a 26-42mm and 105-178.5mm equivalent range on a crop-sensor camera, respectively. APS-C users can get super telephoto range with the 150-500mm that provides 225mm to 750mm full-frame equivalent on a crop-sensor camera.

In addition to the four newly added lenses for Sony mirrorless, six more Tamron lenses have $50 Instant Savings, including the 18-400mm All-In-One zoom for Canon and Nikon crop-sensor DSLR cameras. Canon and Nikon APS-C DSLR users save $50 on Tamron’s 18-400mm.
