Claranova, the former owner of PlanetArt that is now focusing on imaging software, announced it expects to layoff 20% of its workforce in the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, in anticipation of the integration of artificial intelligence in its internal processes and in the development of its products and solutions for businesses. Both employees and consultants will be affected.

The costs associated with this restructuring are expected to be less than one million euros, covering severance payments and notice periods. In addition, the group will gradually reduce its office space, shifting towards more flexible coworking solutions better suited to its current collaborative methods. This significant reorganization will generate net annualized savings of nearly two million euros on payroll expenses, taking into account the various additional investments the group plans to make to acquire new specialized profiles.
