FUJIFILM Corp. announces that the cumulative global sales of its instax line of instant cameras and smartphone printers, which allow users to enjoy on-the-spot photo printing, have exceeded 100 million units.
The instax series has continuously evolved since its launch in 1998 by incorporating trends and the latest instant photography technologies, and has grown into a global brand available in more than 100 countries. Based on three different film formats—mini, SQUARE, and WIDE—instax offers analog instant cameras, hybrid instant cameras that combine digital technology, smartphone printers, and palm-sized cameras.
Fujifilm will continue to pursue the infinite possibilities of photography, expanding the world of instax, allowing people to enjoy on-the-spot photo printing for years to come.
